"Enormous thanks to you both for the best 2 days I've had in years! Ruth was, of course, terrific and I'm so glad I chose to do both days cooking, staying over on your campsite in between. The harvest/gathering stroll with Hilary was a delight and SO informative. I didn't think I could get more "on board" with the benefits of organic and fresh local produce, but somehow, after eating the 15 or so dishes Ruth had us make over the two afternoons, I think I am".
