JOINING THE TEAM ON THE FARM

With great food - organic, fresh and often grown outside the door, there are often new opportunities to join us.

So if you love the farm, share our ethos and understand that hard work is why we are still here, do get in touch by filling in our application form here in case something is coming up that might suit. Please note that everyone who comes to work here needs to be available for some weekend work as well as in the week and during school holidays.

Full or Part time Cook

An opportunity to work with organic produce straight from the field beside the kitchen, often muddy! We are looking for a cook with experience in a commercial kitchen to join us. Producing pies, pasties, cakes etc for the shop and salad making and service in the open kitchen too. Sociable hours (8 - 4.30 usually).
Please note there is no public transport to the farm. Accommodation might be available on farm.

Shop Team Member - start date mid August or early Sept 2025

Join our friendly very busy shop team selling great organic products. At least 3 days a week in the shop plus some cafe foh work if full time desired.
To include weekends on a rota basis - one weekend day a week or alternate weekends. Shifts 8.30 start - 5.30 finish.

Retail or hospitality experience required. Ability to lift medium heavy goods and be on feet most of the day.
