With great food - organic, fresh and often grown outside the door, there are often new opportunities to join us.

Please note that everyone who comes to work here needs to be available for some weekend work as well as in the week and during school holidays.

Shop Team Member

Join our friendly very busy shop team selling great organic products. At least 3 days a week in the shop plus some cafe foh work if full time desired.
To include weekends on a rota basis - one weekend day a week or alternate weekends.

Retail or hospitality experience required. Ability to lift medium heavy goods and be on feet most of the day.

Please note there is no public transport to the farm.

The Farm Project CIC : Harvest & Cook Lead

Seasonal job from May to end Oct 2025

The Farm Project CIC offers an unusual experience for children and young people from predominantly inner cities through short stay residential visits on the farm. The role is primarily delivering cooking and veg harvest sessions as well as day visits from local groups and children’s holiday clubs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing and passionate about introducing young people to the countryside. A confident cook, with hands on allotment/veg growing experience.
(This role does require early evenings)
