With great food - organic, fresh and often grown outside the door, there are often new opportunities to join us.

2.5 year Paid Organic Horticultural Traineeship.

The Organic Farm Shop, Abbey Home Farm is offering a great opportunity for a hardworking passionate about organic growing person who wants to be a vegetable grower to join our growing team in March 2025, with a view to becoming our next 2.5 year Trainee soon after.
We are looking specifically for someone who has already had experience as a longish term wwoofer, trainee or seasonal worker on a commercial holding and has experienced outside winter work of some sort.

The successful applicant needs to have a 'can do' flexible attitude and be a good team player. All details here

The Farm Project CIC Education Officer

Maternity cover March - Nov 2025

The Farm Project CIC offers an unusual experience for children and young people from predominantly inner cities through short stay residential visits on our working organic farm. The role is primarily delivering cooking and veg growing sessions though there will also be day visits from local groups and children’s holiday clubs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing and passionate about introducing young people to the countryside. They will be a confident cook, with hands on allotment/veg growing experience.
