The Shop and Cafe are getting busier and busier as they should (great food - organic, fresh and mainly grown outside the door) and there are often opportunities to join the team.

Please note that everyone who comes to work here needs to be available for some weekend work as well as in the week and during school holidays.

Shop Team Member PART TIME asap

If you have shop experience and are interested in fresh, local and organic food and would like to join the shop happy hardworking friendly team we have part time work as below.

Wednesdays 8.45 - 5.30
Fridays 10 - 6.30
2 or 3 weekend DAYS (on a rota some sats some suns) every four weeks.

Cafe Team Member PART TIME asap

Fridays from 11 - 3.00 every week plus 2 weekend DAYS every four weeks, and some holiday cover. (organised well in advance.)
Catering experience preferred but full training will be given, a smile is more important!

Nursery Practitioner Part Time and Bank Staff

The brand new Farm Nursery opened on January 2nd and is growing very fast!
A level 3 or equivalent qualified person needed on a temporary part time basis asap on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 - 2.30.
We are also inviting letters of interest for a third full time person to start this summer or early autumn.

The emphasis of the Farm Nursery is on child led outdoor play including growing (and eating!) organic vegetables, woodland activities and farm activities.

The successful applicant needs to particularly be able to demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge in the natural world, be interested to learn about organic farming and have some experience of vegetable growing without chemicals. Forest school training is desirable though not essential. more details here
