2010 SERIOUSLY LOCAL FOOD

food miles at all on the dairy products, veggies,
chicken and eggs....
Unhomogenized
milk, yoghurt, cream and cheeses straight from our 15 shorthorns
on the farm. All our own bacon, beef, lamb, pork, ham and
chicken. Eggs warm
from the hens, honey from the bees and ready meals from our production
kitchen.
Lovely
fresh dug vegetables from the
garden here at this time of the year and
MOSTof them cheaper than some of the bigger shops around..you might
be
surprised.

DISPLAY- FRESHLY DUG FROM THE GARDEN
carrots,beetroot,
garlic,
celeriac, red and white onions, red and
white
cabbage, parsnips, swedes, uchiki kuri, green hokkaido and crown
prince squashes, january king and savoy cabbages, brussel sprouts,
leeks,spinach, swisss chard, and our famous oriental salad
packs, one of the best things about
wintertime at the farm shop....
