JOINING THE TEAM ON THE FARM
With great food - organic, fresh and often grown outside the door, there are often new opportunities to join us.
So if you love the farm, share our ethos and understand that hard work is why we are still here, do get in touch by filling in our application form here in case something is coming up that might suit. Please note that everyone who comes to work here needs to be available for some weekend work as well as in the week and during school holidays.
The Farm Project CIC : Harvest & Cook Lead - paused for trialling
This is a seasonal role from March to end October 2026

The Farm Project CIC hosts week long residential stays for children and young people on a working organic farm, as well as day visits and holiday club. They will also lead the farm and woodland based holiday club and school farm tours. Some hands on veg growing knowledge, willing to learn about the wider farm and a warm smile required. Experience of delivering education sessions and working with children and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds is desirable. Please see full details including how to apply here.
