This is purely an information email, with more news to follow soon. We have made a team decision to re-open the farm shop a little bit. We will still have a click & collect service most of the week as some of our customers are very understandably still hesitant or unable to shop as before
(AND its actually quite slick now AND we are happy still doing it!)

SHOP OPENING HOURS until further notice
SATURDAYS 9 - 4pm
SUNDAYS 9 - 4pm
MONDAYS 9 - 12.3O
CLICK & COLLECT
COLLECTION DAYS - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY.
LAST ORDERS FOR FRIDAY COLLECTION by Thursday midnight.
All orders received from then on will be processed from Tuesday morning.
NB Stock levels online will be updated on MONDAY AFTERNOONS when the shop shuts.
(The weekend shoppers will play havoc with our stock control if we are busy
so there might be things missing if you finalise your order before Monday afternoon)
FARMSHOP REOPENING SAFETY RULES
1) Sanitise your hands before coming into the shop.
2) Only bring children/partner if absolutely necessary at this point.
3) Keep 2 metres distance between you and others.
4) Only touch products when necessary.
5) If you are aware there is a queue do not linger long.
6) Be respectful to staff at all times if they need to remind you about the above requests. These requests are for their safety and yours.
CUSTOMER & STAFF SAFETY.
Information so you know what to expect on arrival.
Sanitiser will be available on entry to shop.
Only 5 customers at one time will be shopping at one time, so be ready for a queue if its busy. The tills are moving and there will be one door to come in and a separate door to leave by.
There will not be a one way system but we hope you will be able to social distance at all times.
There will be screens at the till to shield us from you and you from us.
We shall NOT be accepting cash at the moment. Contactless payment is possible up to £45 now or if you need to insert your card we have a spray to clean it before the next customer.
STAFF SAFETY is very important to us, as well as the safety of our customers.
Staff have access to hand washing facilities and wash their hands thoroughly and often as this is the very best single control measure to prevent contamination. They also have continual access to hand sanitiser and spray. (70% alcohol)
