This class will take you through a variety of delicious one pot wonders and simple suppers that are perfect for keeping us warm in the cooler months. Winter vegetables paired with pulses and grains to create satisfying dishes that are packed with plant based protein. These delicious and nutritious dishes are easy peasy and quick for busy lives.

The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops own purpose built spacious teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is a available from the vegetable garden.

Creamy French lentils with celeriac and kale topped with gremolata

Mexican black bean squash chilli and cornbread pie

Hungarian mushroom, cabbage and barley stew with dumplings

Thai style peanut noodles
