Vietnamese food is full of fresh flavours that make your mouth sing with joy. Join us to explore the methods and ingredients used to create these explosions of flavour. We will use farm fresh vegetables paired with southeast Asian flavour to create unforgettable dishes.

The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is available from the vegetable garden.
