Mexican Fiesta

Mexican food is a fiesta for the taste buds, full of fresh ingredients and complex flavours. Spend the day learning the about the ancient culture and ingredients and how to use them. Farm fresh tomatoes, sweetcorn and chillies will take centre stage paired with Mexican flavours. Don't worry about things being too hot, we will teach you how to control heat and enjoy the flavour of chillies.
The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is available from the vegetable garden.

All classes are vegetarian and we will happily cater for those who are vegan, gluten-free or have other special dietary requirements. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
