Assistant to Hilary  (full time salaried position)

Multi-talented Assistant needed for admin work, event co-ordination, project management, and much more. A very exciting varied job on award winning Abbey Home Farm, office based here at The Organic Farm Shop.

To work closely with Hilary Chester-Master, the right candidate will be able and happy to look after a 100 delegate conference one day, file and organise the office the next and then help in the shop or cafe in an emergency the day after. Good organisational and computer skills, a sense of humour and an outgoing personality, together with some experience of the organic/ethical world of business, a desire to encourage people of all ages onto farms and of course a passion for local organic food........wage dependant on experience. Full time position.
