Indian Thali

Explore the magic of making an Indian Thali. A thali is a meal made up of a variety of dishes. You will learn a variety of delicious dishes, how to make spice blends and how to use them. We will also make our own panner with milk from the farm (vegan option available)
The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is available from the vegetable garden.

All classes are vegetarian and we will happily cater for those who are vegan, gluten-free or have other special dietary requirements. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Tarka dhal - learn the secret of making tarka for the prefect dhal

Naan bread
