It is widely reported that eating fermented foods on a regular basis can aid digestion and improve your overall health and well-being. Making your own fermented foods is easy and fun once you know the basic principles.

In this hand-on workshop you will learn how to make simple, fermented foods including kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut and brine pickles. You will also learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals and snacks using fermented ingredients such as miso, tempeh and Amazake.

Includes a simple lunch and a recipe pack to take home.
