Plant based vegan food is gaining popularity due to the numerous health and environmental benefits. Whether you are new to being vegan, wanting to eat more vegan meals or a seasoned vegan looking for new ideas, this is for you. This filled class will teach you a few vegan basics that will deliver great texture, flavour and be a welcome addition to any table.

The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops own purpose built spacious teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is a available from the vegetable garden.

Sesame ginger tofu, quinoa and kale bowl
Macaroni “cheese” with broccoli topped with savoury granola
Squash gnocchi with cashew and sage cream sauce

Indonesian gado gado with crispy tempeh strips
Chocolate mouse with hazelnut crumble

This class is vegan and we will happily cater for those who are gluten-free or have other special dietary requirements. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
