You will learn how to create delicious, healthy, protein-rich meals using only beans, vegetables and vegan proteins including tofu and tempeh. These remarkable, nutritious and inexpensive ingredients are a great alternative source of protein if you’re looking to reduce or replace animal foods in your diet.

Workshop includes a simple lunch and a recipe pack to take home.
