Curry is a world wide favourite, learn to recreate a variety of global curries. We will explore the seductively spiced curries of India, the fragrant curries of the Caribbean, the creamy coconut curries of Thailand and fruity African curry. This class will equip you with the knowledge to create spice blends, curry pastes and create delicious curries from around the world. Through demonstration and hands on cookery we will create a flavoursome feast to enjoy at the end.

The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is available from the vegetable garden.

All classes are vegetarian and we will happily cater for those who are vegan, gluten-free or have other special dietary requirements. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
