COOKERY WORKSHOPS
Hands on cookery workshops for classes of between 8 and 12 are held in the teaching kitchen at The Organic Farm Shop and Cafe. The kitchen is surrounded by the farm vegetable garden, which produces more than 150 varieties of vegetables, herbs and soft fruit during a year.
Workshops are hands on and designed with simplicity in mind. Many of the courses focus on low budget, organic quick and easy vegetarian food, mirroring the dishes served in the award winning cafe next door such as the much loved salads and the diverse selection of dishes of the day, cakes and tarts.
