In this workshop you will learn how to make pressed salads, sauerkraut and naturally fermented pickles and spice up your meals with a range of delicious dressings and mineral-rich condiments. Including fermented foods in your diet on a regular basis can aid digestion, help to improve your overall health and vitality.

All workshops include preparing and sharing a range of delicious Macrobiotic dishes and an information and recipe pack to take home.
