Asian Street Food

with Erin Baker

27th Oct
10:00am - 2:30pm

Learn to create Asian bites with an explosion of flavours, tastes and aromas. Street food has traditionally been a way for local food producers to get their creations known and enjoyed. These authentic local treats balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy in perfect harmony. Asian flavours really hit the spot for warmer days and evenings. These street food bits can be enjoyed at home, shared at a bbq or taken on a picnic. After taking this class, you’ll be able to reproduce these uniquely delicious salads, skewers, noodles and dumplings in your own home.
The day will consist of demonstration and hands on learning. Coffee and tea will be provided and a sit down lunch of the dishes that are created will be enjoyed. Please bring a container just in case of any leftovers. Cookery classes are taught in the farm shops teaching kitchen. The dishes created will be inspired by what is available from the vegetable garden.

All classes are vegetarian and we will happily cater for those who are vegan, gluten-free or have other special dietary requirements. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
